ConnXus Launches Highly Anticipated myConnXion App
On Aug. 29, supplier management company ConnXus released its brand new myConnXion program, designed as a means to build and maintain secure profiles for buyers and suppliers in the procurement industry and keep them in one place. One of the biggest problems posed by the industry is inconsistencies between buyers and suppliers – with data, with RFPs, with costs – and myConnXion aims to eliminate that problem by letting companies keep all the data straight in one place, and send their profiles out to possibly interested parties.

Complion’s New Buyer’s Guide Simplifies Regulatory Solutions
Just published by regulatory software company Complion is a new eRegulatory Buyer’s Guide, a detailed, 38-point checklist for choosing a cloud-based regulatory system. Among the topics covered in the guide are means of automating regulatory compliance, factors to look for in selecting a vendor and guidelines for crafting a quality RFP, all aimed at making a complicated process easier and less prone to errors.
Complion has also been named to VentureOhio’s top 50 startups to watch, along with several other OIF portfolio companies including ConnXus, DOMedia, Eccrine Systems Inc., Enable Injections, Genetesis Inc. and Wiretap. Read the full list here.
Mezu CEO & President Gives Keynote Address at Tech Conference
On Aug. 28, at the TechPint tech conference in Cleveland – considered the biggest tech networking event in northeast Ohio – Mezu CEO & President Yuval Brisker gave the main-stage keynote speech, using his experiences to address the process of building and selling a tech startup. Private mobile payment app Mezu has quickly captured the attention of tech-savvy Ohioans, and Brisker’s address was hotly anticipated by attendees.
